You are encouraged the use of professional vendors you fell comfortable with. Our only requirement is that ALL vendors fill out our Verified Vendor documentation and submit a copy of their Business License and proof of Insurance. No vendor is permitted to offer services at Legends without completing the Verified Vendor agreement.

Verified Vendor Program
Legends Banquet & Special Event Center welcomes qualified and licensed Georgia businesses to apply and participate within our Verified Vendor Program. Eligible vendors are encouraged to submit the application as only Verified Vendors are permitted to offer services within Legends or 183 @ Legends.
PURPOSE The purpose of our Verified Vendor program is to protect our clients by insuring that they will be dealing with authorized, qualified, and licensed Georgia businesses. This is not a preferred vendor or advertisement program. The Verified Vendor Agreement verifies proper business licenses, city and/or county requirements, insurance verification and established business practices.
BENEFITS OF BEING VERIFIED Vendors who complete and pass the application process will be published along with the name, date of verification and business category authorized to offer services.
No vendor will be given preferred endorsement other than being verified. Each verified vendor will be listed in alphabetic sequence by company name within our program.
Only Verified Vendors may offer services within Legends or 183@Legends.
SOME OF THE REQUIRMENTS
Please note some items will not apply to all vendor types.
I. Letter of interest. This contains all contact information, as well as company history and information on the staff. It also includes a personal contact for our facility as well as their supervisor.
II. Proof of insurance.
III. All services they provide and those they cannot provide. i.e. do they own linens or do you rent them? Do you only play country music? Are your arrangements real or silk?
IV. Methods of payment.
V. Guarantees for unsatisfied clients
VI. A sample proposal. Listing all charges a client could expect to pay. Include all charges-linens, glassware, staffing, service charges, lighting, sound, etc.
VII. How do they hire your event staff?
VIII. Who manages the event for our clients service?
IX. Include any photographs of your staff or service set ups.
X. Must provide 3 references with: Name Phone number Address Type of event Date of event
XI. Miscellaneous-anything else you would like to share-awards, write ups, etc.
We offer one of the most unique buildings and atmosphere, along with unbelievable Atlanta vendor services. We have very high standards and expect the same from all of our Verified Vendors. We are very selective of all the vendors we suggest for your consideration. Being a licensed and insured business, is important, offering professionalism, quality and a proven track record are just a few of the evaluation criteria that keep vendors on our list.
If you plan to use local vendors not on our list of Verified Vendors, and you know you're using the "Best" professionals available for your special event, have them contact us and we will assist their participation in the program.

All businesses located within the city limits of Atlanta are required to have a Business Tax Certificate (sometimes referred to as a "Business License").
